Bus

Portsmouth’s network of frequent and reliable buses are covered by two bus operators – Stagecoach and First Bus. The network includes a fleet of electric vehicles.

Single fares are capped at £3 per person for travel across the city. Along with local bus companies, we have launched a range of Pompey bus tickets which can be used on both Stagecoach and First buses interchangeably. See our Pompey bus ticket range for other options including group and night tickets, plus discounted fares for young people.
